DESCRIPTION
The AS302 is a combination of the EPDM & Neoprene polymers offering low resistance to oils, UV and ozone with a foam density of 110-130 Kg/M³. It is a synthetic rubber which is utilised in areas where there is a requirement for oil resistance. Temperature range of -40˚C to +80˚C constant, and 100˚C intermittent. An ideal sealing and gasketing material in areas where oils and petroleum derivatives may be present.
The foam is lined with an MF Scrim adhesive which has excellent all-round adhesive properties, especially regarding ageing and weathering properties. It has very good initial tack with very high peel adhesion to a wide variety of low surface energy substrates such as foams, PE, PP & EPDM. MF adhesive is an ideal lamination adhesive for a wide variety of laminates.
