Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payment in the form of Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information by phone, fax, email or post.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Prices
The prices of the products listed in the Multibond Solutions Catalogue are current at the date of dispatch of the ordered products. All prices exclude VAT, which Multibond Solutions will add at the rate applicable at the date of order dispatch. Multibond Solutions reserves the right to change prices without prior notice at any time.
Shipping And Handling
For orders under £100.00 net value, a carriage charge of £15.00 (exc VAT) is applied for mainland England & Wales & Scotland purchases. However, all requested timed services will incur a fixed delivery rate.
Delivery Schedule
All stock items are despatched the same day providing the order is received before the cut off time. Our standard service is a next working day delivery with timed options available at an additional cost.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would not rather wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made in the UK, 20% VAT is added.
Card Security
When an order is placed on our website, you will be directed to our payment provider, Opayo (Evalon). The encryption path is in line with Shopify's standards.
Guarantee
We guarantee that the products supplied will meet the technical specifications contained within the manufacturers technical datasheets. Any additional technical assistance that you require will be dealt with our technical department. Please contact us using the Contact Us page with any application query.
