Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipping Costs

For orders under £100.00 net value, a carriage charge of £15.00 applies for deliveries to mainland England, Wales, and Scotland. Standard next-day deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We can offer a timed delivery before 12pm at a fixed delivery rate of £22.50.

Courier

We use APC for all deliveries, and they require someone to be present at the address to sign for your order. If no one will be at the delivery address on the day of delivery, please use our special instructions box before proceeding to the checkout to specify your designated safe place where the driver can leave your order.

By choosing this option, you accept the responsibility for leaving your order without a signature and acknowledge the associated risks. Please note that we must be informed of your designated safe place before we ship your order, as we cannot update or change these instructions once the order has left our facility. Any changes requested after dispatch may incur additional costs.

Location

We can only deliver in mainland England, Wales & Scotland. Certain areas in Scotland may take an additional day to arrive depending on the volume of parcels going to the nearby region.

Delivery Schedule 

All stock items are despatched the same day provided the order is received before our cut-off times below:

• Monday to Thursday: Before 3pm
• Friday: Before 1pm 

Back Orders 

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy 

If you no longer require your order and the items have not been opened or used, we are happy to accept the goods back within 14 days. You would need to arrange delivery back to us at your cost.
