Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipping Costs

For orders under £100.00 net value, a carriage charge of £15.00 is applied for deliveries to mainland England & Wales & Scotland. All requested timed services will incur a fixed delivery rate. Standard next-day deliveries will be delivered between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Courier

We use APC for all deliveries and they require someone to be at the address to sign for the order. If nobody is going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery, please use the special instructions box to advise where the driver is safe to leave the order however, this does come at your own risk if you choose this option.

Location

We can only deliver in mainland England, Wales & Scotland. Certain areas in Scotland may take an additional day to arrive depending on the volume of parcels going to the nearby region.

Delivery Schedule 

All stock items are despatched the same day provided the order is received before our cut-off times below:

• Monday to Thursday: Before 3pm
• Friday: Before 1pm 

Back Orders 

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy 

If you no longer want your order and the items have not been opened or used, we are happy to accept the goods back within 14 days. You would need to arrange delivery back to us at your cost. Any carriage paid for the initial order will not refunded.
