When will I see my order?

All orders are shipped on a next working day delivery (does not include weekends).

How do I cancel my order?

Contact us by phone or email as soon as possible, we aim to package all orders before our cut-off point ready to go.

How much is your carriage-free policy?

Orders above £100.00 net value are carriage-free. This does not apply to express timed services.

What is your cut-off point for a next-day delivery?

Our cut-off point is 3pm from Monday to Thursday and 2pm on Friday. We do not ship orders on the weekend or on English Bank Holidays.

Can I collect my website order?

Yes, please be aware of our open times before organising anything. Be sure to click on 'Pick Up' under the delivery method too so that we know.

What are your shipping and return policies?

If you no longer require your order and the items have not been opened or used, we are happy to accept the goods back within a 14-day time period. You would need to arrange delivery back to us at your cost. Any carriage paid for the initial order will not refunded.

What payment methods are accepted?

We have a choice of Stripe for all standard debit/credit card transactions and PayPal. We do not accept any cash or cheque payments.

How do I track my order?

Contact us and we will send you a link and a consignment number to use to track your order.

Do you offer any guarantees?

We guarantee that the products supplied will meet the technical specifications contained within the manufacturer's technical datasheets.

What are your opening hours?

09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 15:00 Friday. We are closed on the Weekend.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not, we can only accept orders from customers in mainland England, Wales & Scotland.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, APC will only deliver your order if someone is at the delivery address. They require a signature or the name of the person who has accepted the order.

What happens if you don't have stock?

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would not rather wait.

Do you send order confirmations and invoices?

Yes, our system will automatically send you an Order Confirmation after you have placed your order. We normally send your Invoice packaged with the items or posted to the invoice address if it is different from the delivery address.
